Supervisory Board

The supervisory board is tasked with the monitoring of and granting of advice to the executive board. Decisions of fundamental relevance to the company, directly involve the supervisory board. Its members also reconcile with the executive board on the strategic orientation of the organisation and discuss the implementation status of the corporate strategy with the board.
